After cleansing and drying your face, use the enclosed spatula to distribute an appropriate amount of the mask onto dry skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area.

Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes until completely dry.

Rinse your face well with lukewarm water, gently massaging your skin in circular motions to help remove the mask and improve blood circulation.

Recommended to use the mask 1-2 times a week for best results.
