Cleanse Your Face: Begin with a clean face to ensure that the mask can effectively deliver its ingredients. Use your preferred cleanser to remove any dirt, oil, and makeup.
Tone Your Skin: Apply a toner to help balance your skin's pH and prepare it for better absorption of the mask's ingredients.
Unpack the Mask: Open the packaging and carefully unfold the sheet mask. Be mindful not to tear the mask, as it can be delicate.
Apply the Mask: Place the sheet mask onto your face, aligning it with your eyes, nose, and mouth. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles to ensure it adheres well to your skin.
Relax and Leave On: Leave the mask on for the recommended time, usually around 10-20 minutes. Use this time to relax and let the ingredients work their magic.
Remove the Mask: After the allotted time, gently remove the mask from your face. Avoid pulling or tugging at the mask.
Massage Excess Essence: Gently pat any remaining essence into your skin with your fingertips. This helps with absorption and maximizes the benefits of the mask.
Follow Up with Moisturizer: Apply your regular moisturizer to lock in the benefits and provide additional hydration.
